A: There are three things to keep in mind before applying any Permalast product: humidity, temperature and weather. The higher the humidity, the longer it will take to dry and vice versa. Permalast coating systems will fail if applied at temperatures above 90 degrees Fahrenheit and below temperatures of 35 degrees Fahrenheit during the curing process. It is vital to check the weather in advance so that you know if there’s a chance for rain/snow, whether the humidity changes drastically throughout the day and most important of all is to make sure it does not drop below 35 degrees Fahrenheit at night or go above 90 during the hottest period of the day. As long as you keep these things in mind and plan thoroughly, you can use Permalast products year round.

You may notice the original color change slightly over time, with regular power washing and routine maintenance (such as repairing any damage to the surface itself) you’ll see that it shall not crack, peel, blister, flake, or corrode.
