refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Only white products are eligible for return and refund.

  • Colored products (any shade or variation other than white) are non-returnable and non-refundable, except if defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Returned white products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories and labels intact.

2. Timeframe

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • After this period, refunds will not be granted, though warranty coverage may still apply.

3. Return Authorization

  • Customers must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any item back.

  • Returns without an RMA may be refused.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or shipped in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable service. Permalast Industries is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Customers must report defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery.
  • In such cases, we will arrange return shipping and provide a replacement or refund at no cost.

7. Non-Returnable Products

  • All colored products (non-white)

  • Customized, special-order, or made-to-spec items
